"The receptionist was nice. Customer Services was rude and horrible. The room had only one towel, a used bottle of shampoo, several grapes all over the floors, and survey cards that were still there from the last guest. Then we had to stand and wait 15 minutes at the hotel bar and grill. There was only 4 guests and about 12 tables open. The waitress just looked at us and never spoke to us until 15 minutes later. She was talking to the other waitress. She was not even working!"
