"I have never stayed in a hotel that had such a beautiful lobby area, only to find that the rooms were a wreck. We had requested a non-smoking room and were given a room that was marked as a non-smoking room, but the room stunk of smoke and the carpet had burn marks on it (If you could see them through the soil on the carpet). I was glad that we only booked this hotel for one night."
